There’s a moment every year when the air changes, just slightly. The mornings get a little quieter, the light hits differently, and somewhere deep in your bones, you feel it before you can name it. Summer isn’t gone yet, but something is shifting. Something warmer is on its way.
At Roggenart, we’ve always believed that the best moments in life happen around a table, over something made with care. And right now, we’re not waiting for the calendar to catch up. We’re closing out summer the only way we know how, with something warm in hand and something worth looking forward to.
Today, we’re welcoming fall a little early with three new scratch-made lattes that are everything this season should feel like.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
Let’s start with the one you already know. But not the way you know it.
Our Pumpkin Spice Latte is built on real pumpkin purée. Not syrup, not flavoring, not a shortcut. We fold in warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, let them meet our bold espresso, and finish it with creamy steamed milk. The result is something familiar and something better at the same time.
You’ve had pumpkin spice before. You haven’t had this one.
Pecan Pie Latte
Some rules were made to be broken, and having dessert before 9am is one of them.
Our Pecan Pie Latte takes buttery, toasted pecans and folds them into bold espresso and silky steamed milk. It’s sweet, it’s nutty, and it’s the kind of drink that becomes part of your morning before you even realize it happened. One sip and suddenly your routine has a new non-negotiable.
If you’ve never considered starting your day with something that tastes like a pecan pie, consider this your invitation.
S’mores Mocha Latte
This one is for the people who love the idea of fall more than the actual outdoors. We see you. We made this for you.
Rich chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham crackers come together in one gloriously nostalgic latte. It tastes like a campfire story, a childhood memory, and a very good decision all at once. Pair it with one of our buttery croissants, fresh from the oven, and call it breakfast. We won’t tell.
Why Now?
Because life is too short to wait for October to feel cozy.
At Roggenart, everything on our menu is made from scratch every single day. Our bakers arrive before the sun does. Our espresso is pulled with intention. When we bring something new to the menu, it’s because we’ve tested it, tasted it, talked about it, and decided it belongs in the hands of the people who trust us with their mornings.
These three lattes are an invitation to slow down, sit down, and let the season find you a little earlier than expected. Summer has been good to us, but we’ve always been a fall kind of place at heart. Warm. Unhurried. Made from real things.
