November is here. The mornings are crisp, the sweaters are out, and the pastry case is full of fall.

At Roggenart, everything is made from scratch daily and hand-crafted in small batches. Our bakers start before sunrise so the first trays come out warm when the doors open. This month, those trays are packed with seasonal favorites.

Pumpkin season, the Roggenart way

Pumpkin Spice Danish. Golden, hand-laminated layers that shatter at the first bite, wrapped around a smooth pumpkin filling warmed with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. It’s buttery and flaky, and it tastes like fall.

Pumpkin Spice Muffins. Soft, tender, and full of spice. The tops bake up golden and a little crisp, and the inside stays moist and cozy. They’re the kind of muffin you break in half just to watch the steam rise.

The croissant everyone’s talking about

Dubai Pistachio Creme Croissant. This one is a showstopper. A flaky, hand-laminated croissant filled with rich, silky pistachio creme. Nutty, sweet, and a little decadent, it’s inspired by the Dubai dessert trend that took over the internet. You’ll want a napkin, and maybe a second one.

Fall lattes, made by hand

Our baristas grind beans fresh for every cup and make each latte by hand. This season’s lineup:

  • Pumpkin Spice Latte. Velvety espresso, steamed milk, and warm pumpkin spice. Fall in a cup.
  • Pecan Pie Latte. Toasty, buttery, and caramel-sweet, like the best slice of pie at the holiday table.
  • S’mores Mocha Latte. Rich chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and a hint of graham. A campfire you can hold in two hands.

Try one with a Pumpkin Spice Danish, or dip a croissant in it. In much of Europe, a buttery pastry dunked in a warm coffee is how a good morning begins.

Stay awhile

Roggenart was made for slow mornings and long catch-ups. Grab a window seat, bring a friend, and let the latte go a little cold while you talk. That’s what this place is for.
