Every morning, our bakers are up early, hand-laminating dough and pulling small batches out of the oven. Then our café team takes it from there. They greet regulars by name, remember who takes oat milk, and make a busy morning feel a lot less busy.
And right now, we need more hands in every part of the bakery. We’re hiring for all positions, and we’d love for yours to be one of them.

- Managers. Lead the café, coach the team, and keep every shift running smoothly.
- Assistant Managers. Support the manager, guide the team, and step up when it counts.
- Cooks. Build our sandwiches, melts, and salads fresh to order.
- Bakers. Hand-laminate dough and bake small batches from scratch every day.
- Front of House. Greet regulars by name, box up fresh pastries, and make every visit feel like home.
- Baristas. Pull espresso, pour lattes, and handle the occasional very complicated order.
New to bakeries? That’s okay. We’ll teach you. Experienced? Even better. We’ll still teach you the Roggenart way.
