Staff Appreciation Day gives us the chance to recognize the people who make everything we do possible. Across our twelve locations, hundreds of team members work early mornings, late evenings, and everything in between to create the experience our guests love. A bakery does not run on recipes alone. It runs on dedication, teamwork, and genuine care for others.
Our front of house teams are often the first faces guests see each day. They greet regulars by name, help new visitors choose their first pastry, and keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming even during the busiest rushes. Their energy sets the tone for every visit. Behind the counters, our baristas craft drinks with precision while keeping conversations friendly and personal.
In the kitchens and bakeries, our bakers and cooks begin their work long before sunrise. Dough is mixed, croissants are shaped by hand, fillings are prepared, and ovens are carefully timed so that everything is fresh when the doors open. It is detailed, demanding work that requires both skill and patience. Each pastry in the display case represents hours of preparation and years of training.
There are also many departments guests may never see but that are just as essential. Operations teams coordinate deliveries and supplies. Managers support staff and maintain standards. Cleaning crews keep our spaces beautiful and safe. Marketing and administrative teams work behind the scenes to share our story with the community. Every role connects to the others, forming one united effort.
What makes us most proud is the spirit our teams bring to their work. They celebrate milestones together, support one another during busy seasons, and take pride in creating moments of joy for guests. When someone enjoys a morning coffee, celebrates a birthday with one of our cakes, or relaxes with friends over lunch, it is because of the people who made that experience possible.
